By booking an appointment with Kelly Grimesey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Appointments & Consultations

All new clients are required to complete a consultation prior to their service. This allows us to discuss expectations, maintenance, timing, and pricing before beginning any service.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of this window may be subject to a fee.

No-shows may result in a charge and may require a deposit for future bookings.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. Full service charges may still apply.


Pricing & Services

All prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, previous color history, and time required. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.


Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact Kelly Grimesey within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss appropriate adjustments.

Adjustments do not include changes of mind or requests for a different look.


Personal Belongings

Kelly Grimesey is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.


Right to Refuse Service

Kelly Grimesey reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with salon policies.


SMS Communication Terms

Kelly Grimesey may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional service-related messages via SMS.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 858-260-3613.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
